"I would give him 10 stars if there was such a thing. The arm piece just fell off my glasses one day when I was putting them on and I never even sat on them or threw them or did anything. They were only 1 1/2 years old but sadly they told me that the warranty was only one year. I know that through my insurance I could only get glasses every 2 years so I was in a panic to get them temporarily fixed until I had insurance again. I called around and without driving to Vancouver or sending them away, I found Yourglasses and met the amazing James. I went in with glasses taped up on one side and within 2 hours, he had not only replaced one arm but he had found a second 2nd matching arm and put the end ear pieces on them that were on my glasses to make it match. Wow!! AND he said that the arms he used were stronger then what was on the original frames!! I may not need new glasses now for a long time and to think I went to him for a temporary fix and feel like I got brand new frames now. I highly recommend you check him out before replacing your broken glasses with brand new ones because he can probably fix yours and save you lots of money.
